According to the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, there was a study that took place over the course of 12 weeks. They took 23 participants, half of which took vitamin D, the other took a placebo. They all went through the same 12 week resistance training program. At the end of the study the 2 groups weighed the same however, those who took the vitamin d had a dramatic difference in their weight to hip ratio! Vitamin D has a direct correlation to body fat!
